Biography

1942, Born in Nagoya, Japan[1].

ca1963, Entered Design College but dropped out. Worked as a construction coordinator in puppet group "Hitomi-za"[note 1][2][3].

ca1967, Joined "Asakusa Toyo Theater"[note 2] as a lighting staff where his brother had already joined[3].

1971, After close of "Asakusa Toyo Theater", he was introduced to Oniroku Dan by Hachiro Tako and joined "Oni Pro"(Oniroku Production). He was involved in the first play of "Pink Play" lead by Hachiro Tako. "Oni Pro" had its office in AG Apartment house in Shibuya, Tokyo.

ca1971, Made two or three of Pink films. He was assistant director for the films directed by Sojiro Motogi[2]. Another assistant director was Kozo Tashiro who was also a member of Oni Pro[3].

1972, Oni Pro started to publish SM King where he acted as editor of photograph. Started to learn photograph[2]. Oni Pro concentrated on publishing and was stepping out from Pink film and Pink Play[3].

1973, His first photographic work was published as "The world of Takashi Tsujimura" as an additional volume of SM King[3].

late1970's, Went independent as photographer. Took non-SM photograph for 1-2 years before concentrating on SM[2][note 3].
